This website is operated by Topstitch, a clothing wholesaler. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Topstitch. These terms govern your use of our services, superseding any prior agreements, communications, or proposals between you and Topstitch, whether oral or written.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements where Topstitch provides services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at our discretion by posting updates to our website. SECTION 20 – DELIVERY

1. Delivery Time: Our courier partner typically delivers within 3 to 14 business days from the shipment date. Our shipments are processed only on Tuesdays Only. Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders to allow for self-tracking.

2. Delivery Fees:

   • For purchases (not wholesale) above RM300: Free delivery within West & East Malaysia.
   • For purchases (not wholesale) below RM300:
     • West Malaysia: Delivery fee of RM10 applies.
     • East Malaysia: Delivery fee of RM10 applies.
     • Singapore: Delivery fee of RM80 applies.

3. Delivery Delays: In the event of a delivery delay, we recommend self-collection at the designated branch of our delivery partner to prevent potential impacts on product quality. For more information, affected customers can contact our customer service representatives.

Please note that we are not responsible for the operations of our delivery partner. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

4. Product Variation: The actual product may differ slightly from the images displayed on our marketing channels. Each item is unique and may not have an identical appearance or texture. We appreciate your understanding.
