We provide several high-quality printing methods for custom t shirt printing, including silkscreen printing, heat transfer, direct-to-garment (DTG) and embroidery. This allows you to select the most suitable method based on design, quantity and budget.
For custom t-shirts at Topstitch, we aim to support brands and smaller runs. While exact MOQs depend on fabric, print method and order complexity, we highlight that custom orders start with relatively low minimums for those starting a brand.
Lead time for custom t-shirts at Topstitch depends on fabric availability, design complexity and production season. As a guideline: ready-made orders may be quicker, while fully custom jobs may take 15-30 working days, or 30-45 working days for special colours or fabrics.
The process is straightforward:
- Share your design and details (fabric, colour, sizes, quantities, printing/embroidery)
- Receive a quotation including cost and lead time
- Confirm deposit/payment and approve sample if applicable
- Production begins, followed by packing and delivery once complete.
